If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

FOR CHOCOLATE BARS:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your chocolate items must be sealed and untouched and in the same condition that you received it.

Please have your electronic receipt or proof of purchase to send back to us, in case we ask you for it.

For Virtual Chocolate Tastings (via Eventbrite.com):

You have until the date of the event to submit a refund and depending on the situation, may be asked to send back any chocolate bars that were received. You will be able to keep the chocolate tasting resources. 

to be eligible for a return, your chocolate items must be sealed and untouched and in the same condition that you received it. We may decide on a case by case basis on the amount of the refund for the returned portion of the virtual chocolate tasting, especially depending on whether or not you joined the virtual chocolate tasting..

Refunds

for chocolate bars: 

Once we receive your chocolate item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

for virtual chocolate tastings (via eventbrite.com):

if for any reason where you are no longer able to make the tasting and you do not want to move your admission to a future dated virtual chocolate tasting, we will work with you to issue you a refund. In cases where you do no receive your chocolate in time for your virtual chocolate tasting, we will work with you on a case by case basis to do a private tasting depending on the circumstances. refunding for this reason will be on a case by case basis.

if you have already received the chocolate bars for the virtual chocolate tasting that you signed up for and you are no longer able to attend and you want to get a refund, we will discuss on a case by case basis as to the amount, if any, will be refunded or admission will be rescheduled at the discretion of both parties at a mutual agreed upon date and time.

All decisions made and agreed upon with regards to any returns and refunds are made at the sole discretion of chocotastery and are deemed final. We are living in a unique time right now however given today's circumstances, there can be some flexibility with these decisions under extraordinary circumstances.
